Having sold a CHF 500m listed fund to a major Swiss private bank in 2019, Real Asset’s executive team has managed over CHF 2B across different geographies, product types and project risk profiles.
Flagship developments included a ground-up mall development in Geneva with blue-chip retailers as tenants; a CHF 90m sale-lease-back of another Swiss mall; a EUR 300m residential portfolio in Suisse Romande and a shopping complex with some of Europe’s largest supermarkets as anchor tenants.
